What lands in your inbox
An opportunity is listed when its lead has an open task past its date, or when its lead has no open task and the opportunity has not changed for 7 days. Bigger deals come first; deals are grouped by owner. No email is sent on days when nothing needs attention.

Allow access
Close shows its standard consent screen. Every Close app is granted full access by Close; the agent uses it only to read. Click Allow and you are taken back to Close.

Read your first email
The next weekday morning (08:37 Istanbul time, 05:37 UTC) the email arrives at the address of your Close user. Nothing else to set up.

Your data
What does the app read?
Your active opportunities (lead name, status, value, currency, owner, created and updated dates) and the dates of open lead tasks. It reads them when it runs and does not keep them.
What does it store?
The access tokens, encrypted with AES-256-GCM; your name, email and company; and the date of the last email. On disconnect the tokens, name and email are deleted at once.
What goes to the AI?
To write the drafts, the title, value and situation of up to three deals per email are sent to Anthropic (the Claude API), which processes them on our behalf. Contact details, email contents and notes are not sent.
Who gets the email?
Only the Close user who connected the app. The app never emails anyone else in your account or your customers.
