What lands in your inbox
A deal is listed when its next activity is past its due date, or when it has no next activity and nothing has happened on it for 7 days (no activity, email or stage change). Bigger deals come first; deals are grouped by owner. No email is sent on days when nothing needs attention.

Find the app
In Pipedrive, open the Marketplace, search for “Masatio Follow-up Agent” and click Install now.

Allow access
Review the permissions (read deals, activities and users) and click Allow and install. You are taken back to Pipedrive.

Read your first email
The next weekday morning (08:37 Istanbul time, 05:37 UTC) the email arrives at the address of your Pipedrive user. Nothing else to set up.
Already installed and want to stop? In Pipedrive go to Tools and apps > Marketplace apps and uninstall Masatio Follow-up Agent.

Your data
What does the app read?
Your company's open deals (title, value, currency, owner, stage, dates of the last and next activity and email) and your Pipedrive users' names. It reads them when it runs and does not keep them.
What does it store?
The access tokens, encrypted with AES-256-GCM; your name, email and company; and the date of the last email. On uninstall the tokens, name and email are deleted at once.
What goes to the AI?
To write the drafts, the title, value and situation of up to three deals per email are sent to Anthropic (the Claude API), which processes them on our behalf. Contact details, email contents and notes are not sent.
Who gets the email?
Only the Pipedrive user who installed the app. The app never emails anyone else in your account or your customers.
