Masatio

Software consulting and integration, built around how your business works.

We set up our products, move your spreadsheets in, connect them to the software you already use and adapt them to your company. When no ready-made product fits, we build the web application for you.

Every job starts with a written scope and a fixed-price quote. We take on a small number of projects at a time.

  • MasatioEquipment, stock, rental and sales tracking. .NET, Angular, SQL Server, running on Azure.
  • Masatio ClinicalFor clinical research organizations. React and PostgreSQL, with organizations separated in the database.
  • Tested and released on every changeBoth products pass automated tests and ship on their own.

For Masatio

So the product works from the day you buy it.

Setup and data import
We import your equipment, stock, customer or study lists from Excel, get your labels ready to print, and create your users and their roles.
Integration
A connection to your accounting or ERP software, or to your own system. We have no ready-made connector yet; we build one on request, as a project.
Customization
The app showing your company name and colour to your team (ready in Masatio Clinical; for the other products and your own domain, as a project), plus fields and screens specific to your work.
Training
Remote training for your team on your own data, separately for managers, field staff and finance.

What we build

Built the way we build our own products, for your business.

A web app shaped around your work

We move a process that runs on spreadsheets and email onto one screen.

  • Internal tools your team uses every day; screens you open to customers and dealers
  • Field screens that open on a phone with nothing to install
  • The programs you already use passing data to each other
  • Taking over an app someone else wrote or left half-finished

Automated releases and cloud setup

Your app tested and released on its own with every change.

  • Tests running on every change and the new version going live on its own (GitHub Actions)
  • Setup on Azure, and moving your existing app there
  • Backups, error alerts and logs
  • Database security: role-based access, two-step sign-in

Reports people actually read

Scattered data brought together and turned into the report people read every morning.

  • Spreadsheets and other programs gathered into one database
  • Screens where a manager sees where things stand at a glance
  • Automated email reports and alerts
  • A weekly operations brief: what changed, what sits idle and what it costs, in plain sentences, optionally worded with AI

Budget versus actuals

Sales, cost and collections budgets kept in spreadsheets, compared with the accounting figures every month.

  • A 12-month budget by department and cost line, drafted from last year's figures and an inflation or growth rate
  • Budget versus actuals from the trial balance exported by your accounting software each month
  • Variance by line, department and month, in local currency, USD and EUR
  • A collections budget: which month current receivables and new sales turn into cash, the delay each customer's payment history suggests, and any cash gap against your payment schedule
  • Department heads see only their own budget; a monthly summary goes to management

An AI assistant for your own system

Just the assistant, added to the software you already run, with or without Masatio.

  • An assistant that answers from your procedures, catalogues and manuals, and shows its source
  • A bot that answers questions with figures, connected to your database read-only
  • A support bot on your website for customer questions
  • The AI model is billed to your own account, and your data stays there
  • The assistant suggests; anything that changes a record waits for a person to approve it

AI for document and email chores

Reading and sorting work done by hand, handed to ready-made AI models.

  • Reading data from PDF invoices and delivery notes
  • Sorting and routing incoming email
  • An assistant that answers from your company documents
  • We agree up front which data may go to the AI provider

A second opinion on software decisions

A short written assessment before you decide.

  • Which software to buy or have built
  • Cloud costs and backups
  • Email security: SPF, DKIM, DMARC
  • The state of your existing application

How we work

  1. 1

We pin down the need in writing

By email we go through how the work runs today and what you want to change, and write a short scope.

  2. 2

    A fixed-price quote

Scope, delivery date and price in writing. If the scope changes, we quote again; no surprise invoices.

  3. 3

    Delivered in steps

You try a working version at each step. Who owns the code, the data and the accounts is written into the contract.

Frequently asked

How are prices set?

Setup, data import and training are priced by the number of users and the amount of data; integration and custom software get a fixed price for the agreed scope. Quotes are free.

Which technologies do you use?

.NET, TypeScript, Angular, React, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Azure, Supabase and GitHub Actions. If your system uses something else, we look at it first and tell you plainly whether we can help.

What happens after delivery?

If you want, a monthly maintenance agreement: updates, small changes and fixes. If not, the code and documentation stay with you and another team can carry on.

Where is our data kept?

For Masatio products, in data centres in the European Union. For custom software we choose the data centre together, and can set it up in your own cloud account.

How soon can you start?

Because we take on few projects at a time, the quote states the start date. Setup and data import usually take a few days.

Tell us what you want to build.

Write how the work runs today, how many people will use it and which software you use; we'll come back with a scope and a quote.

We usually reply the same working day.
